FMEA Facilitator training content
The CoThink approach aligns with RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and RBI (Risk Based Inspection). The training follows the 7 steps of the RCM model and includes practice with the FMECA basic model. There is a focus on developing your own FME(C)A formats and evaluating their utility and necessity. Using the communication model, you will learn how to maintain control and switch between content, process, and participant focus. Through hands-on exercises, we cover all aspects of facilitation.
