Contents training Root Cause Analysis for Safety professionals

As an HSE professional you are well prepared for this training. With our interactive E-Learning full of short videos and exercises you will be introduced to the theory. We apply the theory in the training by practicing practical cases in groups.

- Roles in solving and preventing problems
- Event Mapping; visualizing the causal chain
- Human Factor Analysis; finding causes of behavior
- Assigning measures to eliminate causes and combat consequences

Training

This 2-day is a mix of classroom and online training. E-learning is prior to the training and between the 2 training days. During the classroom training we cover relevant HSE case studies and you apply to your own company incident (of course in a familiar environment). Upon completion of the training you will receive the certificate 'Root Cause Analysis for Safety Professionals' and you will be able to:

• Report any incident clearly and logically with Event Mapping
• Make an impact with your incident analysis
• Demonstrate the effectiveness of each measure
• Confidence to continue asking questions where others stop
• Create a safe setting for sensitive analysis
