My greatest passion is to continuously grow insight and awareness. This makes true transformation possible, which in my view can only come from within. This fits with my metaphor that plants don't grow by pulling them. I therefore believe that improving the process capability of organizations will only have a lasting impact if it comes from within the individuals involved. By continuously improving together, waste is reduced and flow, job satisfaction, cooperation and added value are increased sustainably. By guiding the process of solving complex problems, a team works together interactively and in a structured way on the solution of a problem. This immediately strengthens the necessary skills. I also train employees to apply the methods themselves. In this way I contribute to organizations in their pursuit of perfection.
