The training is hands-on. You will start working with essential problem solving skills such as questioning skills and visualizing information. We alternate theory with many practical exercises and you experience how to apply the learning directly to your work.

Structure of the Essentials-training Problem Solving & Root Cause Aanalysis

Classroom
This 2-day classroom/incompany training is an open registration and takes place either at our training location in Ermelo/The Netherlands or elsewhere at a location of your choice.. We always have room for 12 participants.
Online
All our training are highly interactive. The online training consists of 4 sessions of 3 hours. We do practical exercises in groups, online through break-out sessions. After the training you will receive the problem solving & RCA Essentials certificate. This will allow you to continue to the Advanced problem solving & RCA training. The dates in the agenda indicate whether the training courses are online or classroom.
