Okay Houston, we've had a problem

07-09-2021 Apollo 13 commander Jim Lovell spoke in a controlled manner the historical words: "Okay Houston, we've had a problem". How would it be if you addressed that problem with RATIO?

Recently there was a lot of news about NASA's Apollo missions. It's been 50 years since Neil Armstrong took the first step on the moon. Also, the Apollo 13 mission, a year later, was again widely quoted. Two days after launch, an oxygen tank exploded, effectively killing the crew in space.

After many positive reactions to his Event Map of the Titanic, Pieter van Gestel RATIO RCA Facilitator at KPN, dove again in Wikipedia and other sources and this time created an Event Map of the Apollo 13 incident.

View the Event Map and get a quick insight into the actual causes of this famous incident.
